Supported Browsers

NetX is a web application that is accessed by users through a web browser. The table below lists the browsers that are supported for use with NetX products.

Safari (not preferred)	Latest stable version supported	Private browsing mode is not supported. Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximized).
Mobile	Mobile Safari (iOS, iPod touch and iPhone only) — Latest stable version Android — Latest Stable Version	Mobile devices are only supported on the Mobile views.
Chrome (recommended)	Latest stable version supported	NetX offers the best user experience and compatibility when used with Chrome. Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximized). If using a touchscreen computer, touch events must be disabled in the browser's configuration. Mozilla Firefox	Latest stable version supported	Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximized). If using a touchscreen computer, touch events must be disabled in the browser's configuration. See Using NetX with a Touchscreen Computer for more information.
Microsoft Edge	Latest stable version supported	NetX is no longer supported for use on IE11 as of January 31, 2019. Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximized).

If you have disabled JavaScript in your browser or are using a script blocking tool like NoScript, you must enable your browser to execute JavaScript from NetX to access NetX's full functionality.
