NetX offers two monthly emails that provide useful insights into how NetX is being used in your organization. Currently, these reports are sent to all administrator-level users in the system after initial login, and the 1st of every month thereafter.
NetX usage report
The usage report email delivers a monthly snapshot of key usage metrics for your NetX site, showing current trends and totals for assets, storage, users, logins, searches, and downloads.
NetX metadata report
The metadata report provides a list of top terms (most frequent values) for all Custom Attributes and a percentage of assets for each attribute that have no value.
Advanced settings
To enable or disable these emails, configure the following properties:
