NetX accepts and securely stores files of any format. However, the ability to generate proxies (like thumbnails) or derivatives (repurpose) is limited to specific formats. If there is a file format that you do not see on this list but would like us to verify support for, please contact support@netx.net.
*Formats denoted with an asterisk are available in SaaS (NetX-hosted) version 11.8.0 or later. On-premise support of these formats requires compiling an ImageMagick build with a delegate library (see On-premise support column). Building and maintaining custom ImageMagick installations is the responsibility of the on-premise host — NetX is unable to provide assistance with this.
