Because it is a network application, NetX needs proper access to your network layer in order to function properly. Corporate HTTP proxies devices and firewalls can selectively block various components of the NetX web UI and prevent them from being downloaded by your web browser. We strongly recommend that NetX servers be whitelisted on all proxy and firewall devices.

To ensure proper access to NetX servers, please contact your corporate IT department and request that the following IP range be added to a whitelist for all network proxies and firewalls to ensure proper access, including any rules for Windows Firewall on any desktop machines accessing NetX:
198.145.10.0/24
On-premise
If you encounter errors, please contact your corporate IT department and request that the hostname/URL/IP address(es) for your NetX instance and related servers be added to a whitelist for all network proxies and firewalls to ensure proper access, including any rules for Windows Firewall on any desktop machines accessing NetX. If you are running NetX in an On-premise installation, access to the NetX UI can be verified by opening a web browser on the server running NetX and loading the application directly without traversing the network.
