Administrators can customize the Help center link in the NetX application. While it defaults to the NetX Help Center, you can configure it to direct users to any URL of your choice.
To enable or edit the Help center link, configure this property:

Help menu
When both Contact and Help Center are enabled, users see them combined in a Help dropdown menu. If only one is enabled, that single option appears in the user menu.
